The San Diego River at Fashion Valley will continue to rise
this morning, reaching Minor Flood Stage by 5 AM this morning
before cresting at 10.3 late this afternoon. The river will slowly
lower, falling below Minor Stage late Tuesday night. The river
is not forecast to fall below Monitor Stage until Thursday evening.
The next scheduled forecast issuance is 9 AM this morning.

The Santa Margarita River at Ysidora crested last night at 11.0 ft, has
fallen slightly but is beginning to rise again. The river is forecast to
crest again just at Minor Flood Stage, 11.2 ft, at 9 AM this morning before
slowly lowering, but remaining above Monitor Stage through at least Friday.
The next scheduled forecast issuance is 9 AM this morning.
