Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 832 PM CDT, Another complex of thunderstorms along western Haskell county line will move northeast at 45 mph across the county. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
