...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

At 3 PM, the Doppler radar indicated isolated thunderstorms
developing across portions of the Atlantic waters. These
thunderstorms were nearly stationary over the coastal waters of
St. John and Puerto Rico, and across the offshore Atlantic waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
