...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MDT FRIDAY...

.DISCUSSION...East downslope winds will start around 12 PM and
continue through much of Friday morning. Winds will be strongest
near Logan Canyon and decrease from east to west throughout the
Cache Valley. For the fairgrounds, east wind gusts around 20 mph
are likely much of Thursday afternoon, with gusts increasing to
around 35 mph through the evening. Peak wind gusts of roughly 40
mph will be from 9 PM through 9 AM. Winds will diminish after 9 AM
Friday, with gusts around 30 mph after that. Mainly dry
conditions are forecast, with a slight chance for sprinkles or
light rain showers from 12 PM through 6 PM Thursday.
