.DISCUSSION...
Quiet weather conditions are expected today and most of Wednesday,
as an upper level ridge resides over the districts. By Wednesday
afternoon, the upper level ridge breaks down and the flow aloft
becomes more westerly. Thus cooler air starts to move back in on
Thursday, along with higher chances for rain. The chance for rain
will mainly be over the southern districts for Wed and Thu. Cool
temperatures, with lower elevation rain and mountain snow
possible Fri. Brusda
