...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT REPUBLIC AND NORTHWESTERN CLOUD
COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM CDT...

At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles southwest of Gilead to 4 miles
southwest of Belleville to 3 miles east of Beloit. Movement was
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Concordia, Belleville, Scandia, Jamestown, Courtland, Cuba, Norway,
Republic, Munden, Narka, and Agenda.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for north central
Kansas.
