  NORMAL.

* TIMING...WITHIN AN HOUR OF HIGH TIDE. THE NEXT TWO HIGH TIDES AT
  THE U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY IN ANNAPOLIS WILL BE 4:45 PM AND 5:30 AM.
  WATER LEVELS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS AND
  ADDITIONAL ADVISORIES ARE LIKELY THROUGH FRIDAY.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MINOR INUNDATION OF LOW-LYING SHORELINE...
