...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 5 PM PDT
SATURDAY...

* WAVES AND SURF...STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE BREAKING WAVES OF 20
  TO 22 FEET ON SOUTH FACING BEACHES.

* TIMING...WAVES WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT...REACHING A
  PEAK SATURDAY MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON...THEN DIMINISH
  THROUGH THE EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SURF WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS ALONG
  AREA BEACHES...ESPECIALLY ALONG MORE SOUTHERLY ORIENTED
  COASTLINES. ALSO...DAMAGING WAVE ACTION IS POSSIBLE FOR LOW
  LYING AREAS AND EXPOSED INFRASTRUCTURE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN
THE ADVISORY AREA...PRODUCING RIP CURRENTS AND LOCALIZED BEACH
EROSION.
