FLOOD WARNING, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM
EDT THIS AFTERNOON. THE COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IS NO LONGER IN
EFFECT.

* COASTAL FLOODING...2 TO 3 FEET INUNDATION...WATER LEVELS OF 2 TO
  2.5 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TIDES.

* TIMING...EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. HIGH TIDE AT HORSESHOE BEACH
  IS 107 PM EDT AND 117 PM EDT AT THE SUWANNEE RIVER ENTRANCE.

* IMPACTS...FLOODING OF DOCKS...COASTAL ACCESS ROADS AND NON-
  ELEVATED BUILDINGS IMMEDIATELY ALONG THE BEACH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR
IMMINENT. COASTAL RESIDENTS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD BE ALERT
FOR RISING WATER...AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE
AND PROPERTY.

* TIMING...EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. HIGH TIDE IN THIS REGION
  IS GENERALLY BETWEEN 1 PM AND 2 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...FLOODING PRIMARILY LIMITED TO DOCKS AND COASTAL
  ACCESS ROADS.

RIP CURRENTS ARE POWERFUL CHANNELS OF WATER FLOWING QUICKLY AWAY
FROM SHORE. THEY OCCUR MOST OFTEN AT LOW SPOTS OR BREAKS IN THE
SANDBAR...AS WELL AS IN THE VICINITY OF JETTIES AND PIERS.

HEED THE ADVICE OF LIFEGUARDS...BEACH PATROL FLAGS...AND SIGNS
BEFORE ENTERING THE WATER. IF CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT DO NOT SWIM
AGAINST IT. FACE THE SHORE AND SIGNAL FOR HELP. FLOAT OR TREAD
WATER UNTIL THE CURRENT ENDS OR UNTIL RESCUED.

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN
THE ADVISORY AREA...PRODUCING LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION AND
DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS.
