THE MONTH OF JULY WAS SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL WITH RESPECT TO
TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JULY WAS 71.6 DEGREES
WHICH IS 1.8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR JULY WAS LESS THAN HALF OF NORMAL.  THE TOTAL
RAINFALL WAS 1.36 INCHES WHICH IS 1.81 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
