PROLONGING THE COLDER TEMPERATURES.

THERE WAS ANOTHER COLD SNAP IN MID AND LATE MARCH. THERE WAS A QUICK
BURST OF HEAVY SNOW ON THE 16TH.

TEMPERATURES GRADUALLY WARMED THROUGH APRIL...THOUGH THERE WAS A

RECORDED IN THE MONTH OF MARCH.
