.SYNOPSIS...LIGHT NORTHEAST WINDS AND STEADY STATE LOW SEAS WILL
PERSIST THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WINDS GRADUALLY TURN EAST TO SOUTHEAST
THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE TRACKS EAST ACROSS
THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. STRONGER SOUTHEAST WINDS DEVELOP OVER
THE WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH STRENGTHENS OVER THE DESERT
SOUTHWEST.
