Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS....Moderate southeast winds will prevail across the
coastal waters tonight with surface high pressure across the Gulf
of Mexico. The pressure gradient will weaken across the western
Gulf of Mexico on Friday resulting in light to moderate southeast
winds and low seas across the Lower Texas Coast for the remainder
of the period.
