.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Light winds and low seas are expected today. We continue to monitor
the remnants of Harvey now in the eastern Bay of Campeche. Redevelopment
is likely and strengthening is anticipated as the system heads toward
the Texas coast through the end of the week and brings the area increasing
winds and building seas and periods of heavy rainfall. Mariners are
urged to keep up with the latest forecast.
