.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL PERSIST OVER THE COASTAL WATERS
THROUGH TONIGHT WITH A LONG FETCH OF SOUTHEAST WINDS HELPING TO
INCREASE WAVE HEIGHTS OFFSHORE. A WEAK COLD FRONT MONDAY NIGHT
WILL PRODUCE A VERY BRIEF PERIOD OF OFFSHORE WINDS EARLY TUESDAY.
HOWEVER ONSHORE WINDS SHOULD RETURN BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. ANOTHER
COLD FRONT TUESDAY NIGHT WILL BRING A BRIEF PERIOD OF EAST WINDS
WEDNESDAY. OTHERWISE LIGHT TO MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL PREVAIL
THE REST OF THE WEEK.
