.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A STRONG SURFACE HIGH LOCATED FAR NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS WILL
REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH THIS WEEKEND. A WEAK SURFACE
TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM EAST TO WEST ACROSS THE AREA
DURING THE WEEKEND...CAUSING TRADE WINDS TO RELAX OVER THE
ISLANDS. THE TROUGH WILL PASS WEST OF THE STATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO
MONDAY...WITH TRADE WINDS INCREASING ONCE AGAIN EARLY NEXT WEEK AS
STRONG HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS IN PLACE FAR NORTH OF THE STATE.
