.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A surface high will remain far northeast of the area and weaken
through Tuesday. A new surface high will build far north of the
area today. A low aloft will pass to the north and west of Kauai
through Tuesday.

.TODAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves 4 to 6 feet. Swell
east 3 feet. Scattered heavy showers and slight chance of
thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves 4 to 6 feet.
Swell east 3 feet. Scattered heavy showers and slight chance of
thunderstorms.
.TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to 6 feet.
Swell east 3 feet. Scattered heavy showers.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to
6 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet after midnight. Swell east 3 feet.
