.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A SURFACE RIDGE WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN NORTH OF THE STATE
THROUGH TONIGHT. THE RIDGE WILL WEAKEN ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS
A FRONT APPROACHES THE ISLANDS FROM THE NORTHWEST. THE FRONT WILL
MOVE DOWN THE ISLAND CHAIN SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT USHERING
IN STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS AND LARGE ROUGH SEAS.
