.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A SURFACE HIGH ABOUT 300 NM NORTH OF KAUAI WILL MOVE NORTHEAST 35 KT
THROUGH TONIGHT AND THEN BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY FAR NORTHEAST OF
THE ISLANDS. AN ASSOCIATED SURFACE RIDGE ABOUT 300 NM NORTH OF KAUAI
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY UNTIL SATURDAY... AND THEN THE RIDGE
WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST DUE TO AN APPROACHING FRONT. A STRONGER HIGH
WILL BUILD NORTHWEST OF THE AREA SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS THE FRONT
TRANSITIONS TO A SHEAR LINE. A LARGE NORTHWEST SWELL WILL CONTINUE
TODAY...THEN GRADUALLY DECLINE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY.
