.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN NORTHWEST OF THE STATE THROUGH FRIDAY. IT
WILL TRY TO MOVE EAST TO GET NORTH OF THE STATE. BUT A SERIES OF
WEAK TROUGHS AND FRONTS SITTING OFF TO THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST OF
THE ISLANDS WILL PREVENT THE HIGH PRESSURE AREA FROM FULLY DOMINATING
THE STATE.

HAWAIIAN WATERS WITHIN 40 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE CHANNELS-

.TONIGHT AND MONDAY...NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 20 KT. WIND WAVES 4 TO
8 FT. MIXED SWELL NORTHWEST 3 FT AND SOUTH 3 FT. ISOLATED SHOWERS.
.MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY...NORTHEAST WINDS 10 KT. WIND WAVES 3 TO
5 FT. MIXED SWELL NORTHWEST 3 FT AND SOUTH 3 FT. HAZE. ISOLATED
SHOWERS.
.TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY...NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS 10 KT.
