THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS...SOUTHEAST
  ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS AND WESTERN ARKANSAS...INCLUDING
  THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS...GARLAND AND GRANT.
  IN SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS...BRADLEY...CLEVELAND AND JEFFERSON. IN
  SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...CALHOUN...CLARK...DALLAS...HOT SPRING...
  OUACHITA AND PIKE. IN WESTERN ARKANSAS...MONTGOMERY...POLK AND
  SCOTT.

* FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING

* SOUTHERLY LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL INCREASE OVERNIGHT...AND WILL
  TRANSPORT MOISTURE TO THE REGION. ALSO...THIS STRONG FLOW WILL
  INTERACT WITH A FRONTAL BOUNDARY...AND WILL PROMOTE NUMEROUS
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL IS
  EXPECTED FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING IN THE
  FLASH FLOOD WATCH AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
