.LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING ACROSS THE HEARTLAND AND NORTHWEST
HILL COUNTRY THIS AFTERNOON. ISOLATED AREAS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
RAIN ARE POSSIBLE ON ALREADY SATURATED SOILS. THIS MAY RESULT IN
LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...BROWN...COLEMAN...CONCHO...KIMBLE...MASON...
  MCCULLOCH...MENARD...SAN SABA...SCHLEICHER AND SUTTON.

* UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON

* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES.

* RAPID RAINFALL FROM SATURATED SOILS WILL RESULT IN FLASH
  FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...LOW LYING AREAS... AND URBAN
  AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
