THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF FLORIDA AND NORTHERN FLORIDA...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN FLORIDA...INLAND DIXIE...INLAND TAYLOR...
  LAFAYETTE AND MADISON. IN NORTHERN FLORIDA...COASTAL DIXIE AND
  COASTAL TAYLOR.

* UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON

* THUNDERSTORMS THIS MORNING HAVE PRODUCED RAIN RATES UP TO 3
  INCHES PER HOUR ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA BIG BEND AND
  SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA WITH SOME FLASH FLOODING REPORTED. THE
  HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE CENTRAL BIG BEND AND SOUTH
  CENTRAL GEORGIA WHILE SPREADING INTO THE SOUTHEASTERN BIG
  BEND. RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...WITH
  ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
