NORTHERN IOWA AND SOUTHERN BENTON COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1030 AM

THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED AND ONLY LIGHT ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS
EXPECTED THIS MORNING. FLASH FLOODING IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TO POSE
A THREAT. HOWEVER...RIVER FLOODING IS EXPECTED AND MANY AREA STREAMS
WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH DUE TO OVERNIGHT RAINFALL AMOUNTS AS HIGH
AS 3 TO 5 INCHES.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO HEED ANY REMAINING ROAD CLOSURES. IF YOU
ENCOUNTER FLOODED ROADS...TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN.
