EXPIRE AT 915 AM CDT...

THE HEAVY RAIN ENDED SEVERAL HOURS AGO AND FLASH FLOODING IS NO
LONGER EXPECTED TO POSE A THREAT. EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN HAS ENDED...
STREAMS AND BAR DITCHES WILL REMAIN HIGH AND CAUTION IS ADVISED.
SOME LOW LYING FLOOD-PRONE AREAS MAY STILL HAVE SOME HIGH WATER.
THE WISE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT PART OF COUNTY ROAD
1744 NORTHWEST OF CISCO WAS WASHED OUT AND A BRIDGE ON COUNTY ROAD
3433 SOUTH OF BRIDGEPORT WAS ALSO WASHED OUT.
