...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN STEARNS...NORTHWESTERN SHERBURNE AND SOUTH CENTRAL
BENTON COUNTIES...

AT 132 AM CDT...RAIN HAS NOW MOSTLY ENDED...BUT ONE AND A HALF TO TWO
AND HALF INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER THE COURSE OF TWO HOURS...RESULTING IN
SOME STREET FLOODING IN ST. CLOUD. THOUGH ONLY MINIMAL ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED...HIGH WATER WILL CONTINUE TO RECEDE IN THE WAKE OF
THE RAIN THAT HAS FALLEN.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
ST. CLOUD...SARTELL...SAUK RAPIDS...WAITE PARK...ST. JOSEPH...
COLLEGEVILLE...ALBANY...ROCKVILLE...AVON...FARMING...AND ST WENDEL.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 94 IN MINNESOTA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 145 AND
171.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
