  WEST CENTRAL BASTROP COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL BURNET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  NORTH CENTRAL CALDWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  HAYS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DRIPPING SPRINGS...
  TRAVIS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 815 AM CDT

* AT 513 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO
  REPORT  FLOODED ROADS THROUGHOUT THE AUSTIN AREA. THE DANGER OF
  FLOODED ROADS AND FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL REMAIN A THREAT
  THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE. ALL MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO DELAY
  THEIR MORNING COMMUTE UNTIL ROADS ARE SAFE.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  NIEDERWALD...DRIFTWOOD...BUDA...WEST LAKE HILLS...ROLLINGWOOD...
  ONION CREEK...MUSTANG RIDGE...MANSFIELD DAM...LAKEWAY...LAGO

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
