The National Weather Service in The San Francisco Bay Area has issued
a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Sonoma County in northern California...

* Until 315 AM PST

* At 1214 AM PST, river gauge reports indicate several locations in
  the warned area are still at or above flood stage. Therefore...the
  flash flood warning has been extended until 315 AM.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Sonoma, Sebastopol,
  Cotati, Roseland, Larkfield-Wikiup, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Boyes Hot
  Springs, Black Point-Green Point, Forestville, Fetters Hot Spring,
  Fetters Hot Springs-Agua Caliente, Temelec, South Santa Rosa,
  Graton, El Verano and Eldridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
