The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Turtle Creek at Beloit-1 SE.
* At  8:25 AM Thursday the stage was 7.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.5 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  4:00 AM Thursday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 6.2 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 7.8 feet...Floodwaters are in the back yards of some
  homes on East Ridge Road, Mocassin Drive, and in the Turtle Creek
  subdivision.
