...The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Flood Warning
for the following rivers in Illinois...

  Pecatonica River near Shirland affecting Winnebago County

Rainfall this week has caused the river to rise.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Pecatonica River near Shirland.
* From Sunday Evening to Wednesday Morning.
* At 1000 AM Saturday the stage was 11.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Sunday evening and continue to
  rise to near 12.1 feet by Monday evening.The river will fall below
  flood stage by early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Water overflows low lying areas near the
  river.
