PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* FLOOD WARNING FOR
  the Cross Bayou At Cross Lake in Shreveport, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 930 AM Sunday the pool stage was 173.2 feet.
* Flood pool stage is 173 feet.
* Forecast...The lake will crest at 173.25 feet during this
  Sunday morning.  The lake will then begin receding during this
  Sunday evening and then recede below flood pool stage during
  Monday morning.
