  Benton County in northwestern Arkansas...
  Madison County in northwestern Arkansas...
  Carroll County in northwestern Arkansas...
  Washington County in northwestern Arkansas...

* Until 1115 AM CDT

* At 517 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. 1 to 4 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area through 11 am. Additional heavy rains later this morning
and early afternoon will cause additional flooding concerns.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 42 and 84, and
between mile markers 86 and 93.
