High pressure becomes centered off the Southeast Coast Friday and
Saturday...as a surface cold front approaches the region from the
northwest. Tropical moisture from the remnants of Cindy will push
across the region ahead of the front for Friday night through early
Saturday...before the front shifts offshore late in the weekend.
