TOWARDS THE SAVANNAH RIVER TODAY THEN BECOME DIFFUSE OR SHIFT SLOWLY
NORTH TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. SW LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL DEVELOP TUESDAY
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT, WITH FAIR AND WARM CONDITIONS
EXPECTED. AREAS OF FOG, POSSIBLY DENSE, AND LOW CLOUDINESS EXPECTED
