.DISCUSSION...Above normal temperatures today and Sunday will
moderate to near normal Monday. Isolated to scattered mainly
afternoon and evening thunderstorms will continue today and Sunday.

For today...surface winds will be from the southwest around 5 mph
after daybreak, then increase to 5 to 10 mph by late morning.
Transport winds will be similar in direction with speeds around
10 mph for the afternoon. Minimum relative humidities will range
between 40 and 50 percent. Widespread fog is not expected tonight.
