.DISCUSSION...Breezy conditions will develop today as a deep trough
of low pressure develops over much of Ontario. Dewpoints will be
notably lower today with afternoon RH values dropping to about 35-40
percent. Spotty afternoon showers are expected after noon. Afternoon
rain chances will then continue throughout the early portion of the
week as the upper level low remains fairly stationary. Cooler
weather is then expected for the remainder of the week with
afternoon RH values generally falling to around 50 percent.
