.DISCUSSION...
Windy weather will return for the work week...as a large upper
level trough develops over much of the country. West to southwest
20-ft winds will strengthen to 20-30 mph with gusts to 40 mph or
more each day. Minimum RH will remain below 15 percent all areas
Monday...and for most areas except higher elevations in the Gila
region Tuesday where values to the lower 20% range are expected.
