MOSTLY CLEAR CONDITIONS WILL BOOST AFTERNOON MIXING HEIGHTS BUT
WILL ALSO GENERATE A SHALLOW EARLY MORNING INVERSION. STRENGTHENING
SOUTHERLY TRANSPORT WINDS WILL INCREASE THE LOWER LEVEL MOISTURE
AND INCREASING CLOUD COVER THROUGH THE MID WEEK PERIOD. THE BEST
RAIN AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL BE LATE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
FROM A PASSING UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM.
