LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL RECOVER TONIGHT AND INCREASE FURTHER
ON TUESDAY AS SOUTH WINDS RETURN TO THE REGION. WINDS ON TUESDAY WILL
BE STRONGER AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE WESTERN HIGH PLAINS. ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE REGION EARLY WEDNESDAY. DRIER AIR WILL FILTER INTO
SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND RH VALUES WILL ONCE AGAIN DROP TO BELOW 35 PERCENT.
