Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
345 PM CDT Tue Aug 22 2017

.DISCUSSION...Scattered thunderstorms will continue this afternoon
and dissipate tonight. Another round of storms with greater coverage
is expected Wednesday as a cold front drops down from the north.
Drier air will move in behind the front and help to limit rain chances
to the far south into the weekend. Wet conditions will continue to
preclude any fire weather concerns. Patchy morning fog cannot be
ruled out each morning, especially in areas that see rain during
the day.
