NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE PRESENT ACROSS THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON WITH RH VALUES NEAR 15 PERCENT
AND WIND SPEEDS JUST BELOW 20 MPH.  TEMPERATURES ARE MOSTLY
EXPECTED TO BE ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH NEXT FRIDAY EXCEPT ON MONDAY
AFTER THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT. THERE IS A CHANCE OF RAIN AND
THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. WIDESPREAD LOW
RH VALUES WILL BE ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY AFTERNOON BUT 20 FOOT
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE BELOW 20 MPH. RH VALUES WILL INCREASE
BEHIND THE COLD FRONT ON MONDAY. LOW RH VALUES WILL RETURN TO THE
