Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the MidSouth
National Weather Service Memphis TN
325 PM CDT Fri Oct 20 2017

.DISCUSSION...

An upper ridge of high pressure will slowly push east through the
early part of the weekend. Above normal temperatures will continue
across the area with highs ranging from the upper 70s to lower
80s. Increased humidity may result in some isolated showers
developing on Saturday otherwise dry conditions will continue.

Conditions will change by late Saturday Night into Sunday as a
cold front moves into the Mid-South. Chances for numerous showers
and thunderstorms will occur along and ahead of the front. The
chances for rain will linger into Sunday Night and Monday. Much
cooler temperatures will occur behind the front with highs
generally expected to be in the 60s. Although, highs on Wednesday
will be a tad cooler and may not get out of the upper 50s for
much of the area.
