.DISCUSSION...
Showers are moving into the southern districts this afternoon and will
continue to move north overnight into Tuesday. Thunderstorms may develop over
a small portion of the area on Tuesday.  The temperatures will remain below
normal with high temperatures in the 70s and lows in the 50s and 60s.
Relative humidities during the days this week should be lower than typical,
