.DISCUSSION...A cold front approaching from the west will move into
the area tonight and bring scattered to numerous showers and storms
to the area which taper off on Thursday.  Afternoon relative
humidities will remain above critical levels through Friday.

Fog Potential And Other Remarks...Patchy fog development with
visibilities down to around 1 mile is possible during the late night
and early morning hours through Friday morning.
