Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Middle Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
514 AM CST Sun Feb 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Dry airmass will be in place today but the sfc high will be in close
enough proximity so that wind speeds remain on the low side. Moisture
will increase tonight with showers developing as a sfc drops
southeastward through the mid state. An unsettled weather pattern
will continue thereafter, with the better chances of rainfall
occurring Tues nt and into Wednesday. At that time, instabilities
will be strong enough so that strong to severe thunderstorms will be
possible.
