TUESDAY EVENING FOR THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING ABUNDANT LIGHTNING IN
OREGON FIRE ZONES 640 AND 641 AND WASHINGTON ZONES 641 AND 675...

.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers and thunderstorms that have
developed this afternoon in central Oregon and far southeast
Washington will diminish after sunset. An upper level disturbance
will track across the forecast area on Tuesday and will bring
scattered showers and thunderstorms. Fire weather watches are in
effect for the grassy low elevation areas. Most storms will bring
a tenth of an inch or less of rain with locally higher amounts.
Pressure gradients will tighten for breezy to windy conditions on
Tuesday. It will be cooler with isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday.
