Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
314 PM MST Sat Dec 16 2017

.Discussion...

After a cool day on Sunday, dry and warmer weather will return
for the early to middle part of next week. The next storm
system will spread snow into the mountains late Wednesday
night, and the potential for snow across the plains on
Thursday. Much colder weather will then persist into
next weekend with northerly flow keeping day time highs
well below average from Thursday into next weekend.

Light transport winds will keep afternoon dispersion in
the fair to poor category at most locations Sunday and
Monday, with a few pockets of good over the higher terrain
both days.

--- thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds ---
