...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFMTR...

WARM AND DRY NORTHERLY FLOW HAS SWEPT THE FIRE DISTRICT FREE OF
CLOUDS THIS AFTERNOON. THESE NORTHERLY WINDS WILL ALSO KEEP HUMIDITY
VALUES LOW AND RESULT IN FURTHER WARMING OVER INLAND AREAS ON
SATURDAY. ON SUNDAY WINDS TURN ONSHORE ONCE AGAIN AND THE MARINE
LAYER WILL MAKE A PUSH INLAND. COOLER CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED
ALONG THE COAST WHILE INLAND AREAS REMAIN WARM AND DRY. HIGH
PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO BUILD IN OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ON
MEMORIAL DAY WITH A THERMAL TROUGH DEVELOPING ALONG THE COAST. THIS
WILL RESULT IN ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND POOR HUMIDITY
RECOVERIES FOR THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFSTO...

DRY WEATHER EXPECTED FOR THE REGION EXCEPT FOR ALONG THE SIERRA. LOW
PRESSURE WILL LINGER TO OUR SOUTH PROVIDING MOISTURE AND
INSTABILITY FOR A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS OVER
THE SIERRA NEVADA THROUGH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BRING A WARMING AND DRYING TREND SUNDAY INTO TUESDAY.
