At the burn site, expect clear skies through the afternoon and
early evening hours before cloud cover increases late tonight.
Wind speeds out of the south today. Speeds will begin this
morning calm, then they will increase to around 5 to 10 mph later
this morning, and eventually increasing to around 15 to 20 mph
this afternoon.

                    excellent (62500-77900 knot-ft) early in the
                    afternoon.
