NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LA CROSSE WI
1049 PM CDT THU APR 10 2014

FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1000 CDT ON APRIL 11.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY TO
DEVELOP IN FAR SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON...IN THE WAKE
OF A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH MOVING THROUGH. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
FALLING INTO THE 20 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE COMBINED WITH SOUTHWEST
WINDS INCREASING WILL HELP PRODUCE THIS NEAR CRITICAL SITUATION.
RAIN CHANCES INCREASE ON SATURDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. THE HIGHEST CHANCES ARE FROM LATE
MORNING ONWARDS. THERE COULD EVEN BE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS. BREEZY
AND MILD CONDITIONS CONTINUE FOR SATURDAY AS WELL...THOUGH
INCREASED MOISTURE AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL HELP TO INCREASE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES MUCH HIGHER COMPARED TO FRIDAY.
