MOISTURE TO THE NEVADA BORDER AREA TODAY. A SURFACE THERMAL TROUGH
WILL RESIDE OVER NEVADA AND WITH A SURFACE HIGH ACROSS WASHINGTON
OVERNIGHT WILL ONCE AGAIN BRING NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS ACROSS
THE FIRE OVERNIGHT THEN SHIFTING BACK TO THE NORTHWEST THURSDAY.
