THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE INTERNATIONAL AREA THIS EVENING.
ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN COULD FALL BY MORNING. MOST OF THE STORMS WILL BE OVER BY
MORNING. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH IN IN THE MORNING. THIS FRONT WILL
BRING COOLER TEMPERATURES AND BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS.
