PRESSURE MOVING IN WILL CREATE SOME EASTERLY OFFSHORE WINDS EACH
MORNING...ESPECIALLY OVER THE RIDGES. THE MARINE LAYER WILL REMAIN
SHALLOW AND NO MAKE IT INTO THE AREA WITH THE FIRE. POOR RH
RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE RIDGES WITH GOOD RECOVERIES IN
VALLEY. WEDNESDAY NIGHT ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE INTO
THE AREA BRINGING COOLER TEMPERATURES...A DEEPER MARINE LAYER AND
IMPROVED RH RECOVERIES.
