.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are forecast for Tuesday as high
pressure settles over the region. Temperatures are forecast
to be slightly warmer than Monday... in the low to mid 80s... while
minimum relative humidity will be lower... around 37 to 42 percent...
since the marine layer will not have as much of an influence.
Overnight relative humidity recoveries are expected to be favorable
as they rise into the upper 70s to low 80s.
