.DISCUSSION...TODAY SHOULD SEE SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 5 TO 15 MPH WITH
TEMPERATURES ONLY RISING INT THE MID TO UPPER 40S BY MID AFTERNOON.
THE APPROACH OF THE TRUE COLD AIR ON WEST WINDS WILL BRING RAIN SHOWERS
INTO THE AREA EARLY TONIGHT THAT MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SNOW AFTER
MIDNIGHT. THESE SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL
CHANGE BACK TO RAIN BY MID MORNING. AT THIS POINT I DO NOT EXPECT MUCH SNOW
ACCUMULATION TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
