THE SOUTHERN SIERRA THROUGH TONIGHT. ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH THURSDAY MORNING. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP ONCE AGAIN IN THE MOUNTAIN WHITNEY AREA THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL AVERAGE A FEW DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL
WITH GENERALLY LIGHT TERRAIN DRIVEN WINDS...EXCEPT POSSIBLE GUSTY
AND ERRATIC WINDS NEAR THUNDERSTORMS.
