.DISCUSSION...A cool and dry air mass will remain in place Tuesday
while high pressure moderates and moves east through Tuesday night.
A developing low pressure system in the central Plains States will bring
a cold front with an attendant chance of rain Wednesday night before stalling
and returning north as a warm front late Thursday. Another strong cold front
will be approaching the area late Sunday.

REMARKS...
1) Southerly winds may be enhanced to some degree during the afternoon hours
Tuesday by a seabreeze. A land breeze is not expected.

2) Rain chances will increase during the Wednesday night period and again
Sunday afternoon into Monday morning. Rainfall amounts will average between
0.25 and 0.50 inch Wednesday night, and between 0.50 and 1.00 inch late
Sunday into early Monday.

3) An inversion will be present from the late evening hours until mid
morning during the period. Only patchy light fog will be possible late
tonight and early Tuesday and late Tuesday night and early Wednesday.

4) Lightning will be possible Wednesday night and from Sunday afternoon
into early Monday. A few of the storms could be strong during both
rainfall events and produce strong, gusty winds. The threat of tornadoes
is low.

5) The minimum RH value Tuesday afternoon will be between 35 and 42%.

6) The KBDI may break 500 by Saturday, but will likely not get much higher
given the expected rainfall Wednesday night.
