DRIER AIR AND GUSTY WINDS INTO THE AREA. THE MOST SEVERE
CONDITIONS WITH THE GREATEST POTENTIAL OF RAPID FIRE SPREAD WILL
BE DURING THE AFTERNOON WEDNESDAY. CONDITIONS SHOULD BECOME LESS
SEVERE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY...WITH LIGHTER WINDS BUT STILL
VERY LOW HUMIDITY.
