.DISCUSSION...
THE MAIN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS TO THE EAST, KEEPING THE
GENERAL FLOW OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST TODAY. THE FLOW WILL BE WEAK
AND THE SEA BREEZES SHOULD BECOME THE MAIN SOURCE OF SURFACE WIND
THIS AFTERNOON. NEAR THE BURN AREA, THE ATLANTIC SEA BREEZE WILL
DEVELOP EARLY THIS AFTERNOON, AROUND 1 PM, CAUSING THE WINDS TO
BE MORE EASTERLY. THIS WILL ALSO LEAD TO SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING POSSIBLE NEAR, IF NOT OVER THE BURN AREA, LIKELY
BEGINNING IN THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.
