.DISCUSSION...Out flow from earlier thunderstorms this afternoon
across Huerfano County has developed new storms across southern
Pueblo County. These storms are slowly moving south towards the
burn area, however, they are showing signs of decreasing in
strength. For the next hour or two, will see the potential for
storms to move across the burn site, with lightning and gusty
outflow winds the main threats. Should see the atmosphere
stabilize through the rest of the evening, with clearing skies
and a light and variable wind regime expected into the overnight
hours.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms until 2100, then isolated
                    thunderstorms.
LAL.................4 until 1800, then 2 until 2000, then 2 until
                    0100, then 1.
Min temperature.....56-61F.
Max humidity........78-83 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds around 8 mph until 2100, then
                    light wind. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms until 2000.
Mixing height.......1000 ft agl.
Transport winds.....West around 5 mph until 0200, then northwest.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor.
Haines Index........3 or very low potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.

.SUNDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny(54 percent). Isolated showers
                    after 0800 until 1000, then isolated
                    thunderstorms.
LAL.................1 until 1000, then 2 until 1100, then 3.
Max temperature.....82-87F.
Min humidity........23-28 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light wind until 1500, then east around 8 mph.
                    Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms after 1000.
Mixing height.......2500 ft agl until 1000, then 10000 ft agl.

Smoke dispersal.....Poor until 0700. good after 1300.
