.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING
COOLER TEMPERATURES AND A CHANCE FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE FAIRGROUNDS TODAY.  PRIMARY STORM THREATS
TODAY WILL INCLUDE LIGHTNING, WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH, LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLY SOME SMALL HAIL.  THE BEST CHANCE FOR STORMS
TODAY WILL BETWEEN NOON AND 8 PM.  HOWEVER...THERE COULD STILL BE A
FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS OR STORMS PERSISTING UNTIL AROUND MIDNIGHT.

SKY/WEATHER.........MOSTLY CLOUDY. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
                    UNTIL 3 PM...THEN SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS.
MAX TEMPERATURE.....72-77F.
20 FOOT WIND........GENERALLY EASTERLY 5-15 MPH.  HOWEVER, GUSTS UP
                    TO ABOUT 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR ANY STORMS.

                    9 PM...THEN DECREASING CLOUDS WITH ISOLATED SHOWERS
